Going through a Dark Night of the Soul is no joke!

To me, a Dark Night of the Soul is really an ego death. Of course your ego can’t die, we need it for our human incarnation, but all the things we identified with are stripped away.

It can be rough, and oftentimes you don’t realize what you’re going through until you have made it to the other side.

I had my first Akashic Records reading during one of my Dark Nights of the Soul, and looking back, it totally brought me out of it.

I could see more clearly.

I understood from a higher perspective why I was going through what I was experiencing.

I was crying so much, and I couldn’t tell you what I was crying about.

So often, we judge ourselves and try to figure everything out, which kept me stuck for far longer than I needed to be.

The answer I got when I Googled why I was crying so much was that I was PURGING stored emotions.

That made so much sense and made me not feel crazy!

We hold onto so many emotions in our lives, and when we don’t feel those emotions, they don’t just go away - they get stored in our bodies.

The only way for them to come out is to feel them.

You could be processing emotions from this life or from other lives as well.

If this is something you are experiencing, YOU ARE NOT GOING CRAZY! You are just releasing and processing what is ready to leave you. You don’t need to carry it with you anymore.
