My spiritual awakening was so fucking hard! I think most people would agree.

Looking back on what I went through, I am so proud of my strength.

There were times when I thought I was going to be sick and broken forever.

My awakening started with chronic illness that almost broke me.

I couldn’t understand why this was happening to me when I had spent my whole life taking pride in being healthy and in shape.

No numbing.

No pick-me-ups.

Just me, my emotions, and a healthy nervous system.

I felt a deep inner call to give up both alcohol and caffeine — and I did it on the same day.

They simply weren’t in alignment with who I was becoming.

Alcohol was easy. I never really liked drinking anyway.

Caffeine was a whole different story. I had tried to quit so many times over the years… but this time was different. I was finally ready.

Ready to stop the cycle.

Ready to stop relying on anything outside myself.

Both substances were wreaking havoc on my nervous system and once I let them go, everything shifted.

In the dream, I felt so much love for him… and from him.

He felt familiar, like we had known each other in other lifetimes.

He was letting me know he was coming.

Before that dream, I thought my sister’s next baby would be a girl.

But after meeting him in the dream, I just knew he was coming in next.

When you go through a spiritual awakening, your entire system - mind, body, and energy - starts to shift into higher frequencies. And that means your body becomes more sensitive. Foods, habits, and even environments that were once fine might now feel off or downright heavy.
